Your General Committee (GO-851) holds the contract and represents the train service employees on the SCL, Georgia Railroad (GARR) and Gainesville-Midland Railroad (GM) of CSX Transportation. Additionally, we hold the contract and represent the train and engine service employees and yardmasters on the Florida East Coast Railway (FECR), South Carolina Public Railway (SCPR) and South Carolina Central Railway (SCCR). We also represent the train service employees on the Winston-Salem Southbound Railway (WSSB) and High Point, Thomasville & Denton Railroad (HPTD), subsidiaries of the Norfolk/Southern (NS) and CSX Railroads.
